Brian Bowen, Founder & Principal

Brian Bowen is the Founder & Principal of Northvale Equity, a platform focused on sourcing proprietary, off-market acquisition opportunities through direct founder relationships.

He began his career after attending the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, later relocating to Texas where he built experience across multiple industries in sales and business development. Early on, Brian recognized that his strength wasn’t in transactional outreach, but in building long-term relationships — taking a more relationship-driven, “farmer” approach rather than a traditional “hunter” mentality.

That focus led him into sourcing off-market acquisition opportunities for a family office–backed platform, where he developed a strong appreciation for the process and the impact of connecting founders with the right long-term partners.

Brian founded Northvale Equity after identifying a consistent gap in the market — many founders lacked a trusted, relationship-driven partner to help navigate a transition and align with the right capital. Today, he focuses on sourcing high-quality opportunities and facilitating long-term partnerships built on alignment, not urgency.
